AC Maintenance Plans for Belmont, Gastonia & Gaston County Homeowners
Your HVAC system works hard, running thousands of hours each year to keep your home comfortable through North Carolina’s hot summers and chilly winters. Like any mechanical equipment, it needs regular care to run efficiently and avoid unexpected breakdowns.
Our Energy Service Agreement (ESA) gives you two professional tune-ups per year, one for your cooling system in spring and one for your heating system in fall. These visits catch small problems before they become expensive repairs, keep your equipment running at peak efficiency, and help extend the life of your system.
According to the U.S. Department of Energy, HVAC systems that don’t receive regular maintenance can use up to 25% more energy than well-maintained systems. That’s money going straight out the window every month. A maintenance plan helps you avoid that waste while protecting your equipment investment.
What's Included in Our Energy Service Agreement
Our Energy Service Agreement is designed to give you peace of mind and real savings. Here’s what ESA members receive:
We'll visit twice annually, once in spring to prepare your AC for summer and once in fall to get your heating system ready for winter. Each visit includes a comprehensive inspection, cleaning, and tune-up of your equipment. We serve homeowners throughout Gaston County, Mecklenburg County, Lincoln County, Cleveland County, and York County SC.
ESA members save 10% on all parts for any repairs needed throughout the year. If we find something during your tune-up or you call us for a repair, you'll automatically receive the discount.
When summer heat or winter cold hits and everyone's calling for service, ESA members move to the front of the line. You'll get faster response times and preferred appointment slots, especially valuable during peak seasons in Belmont, Gastonia, Kings Mountain, and surrounding areas.
If something goes wrong between tune-ups and you need a service call, we'll waive the diagnostic fee for ESA members. You only pay for the actual repair work.
A well-maintained HVAC system can last 15-20 years, while a neglected system may fail in 10-12 years. Regular maintenance protects your investment and delays the significant expense of system replacement.
During each visit, we clean components that affect air quality and check your filtration. This helps reduce dust, allergens, and pollutants circulating through your home, especially important for families in Mt. Holly, Stanley, Dallas, and throughout the region.

Maintenance Plan Questions
What is an Energy Service Agreement (ESA)?
Our ESA is a maintenance plan that includes two professional tune-ups per year (spring and fall), 10% off parts, priority scheduling, and waived diagnostic fees. It’s designed to keep your HVAC system running efficiently and catch problems before they become expensive repairs.
How often should I have my HVAC system serviced?
We recommend professional maintenance at least twice per year, once before cooling season (spring) and once before heating season (fall). This prepares your system for the heavy-use months ahead and helps prevent breakdowns when you need your equipment most.
Can I sign up for the ESA if I have an older system?
Yes. In fact, older systems often benefit most from regular maintenance. We’ll inspect your equipment and let you know its condition. If we find issues that need attention, we’ll explain your options honestly, whether that’s repair, continued maintenance, or planning for eventual replacement.
What if something breaks between tune-ups?
ESA members receive priority scheduling and waived diagnostic fees for any service calls between their scheduled tune-ups. You’ll also get 10% off any parts needed for repairs. Just call us and let us know you’re an ESA member.
Do I need separate maintenance for my AC and furnace?
No, the ESA covers both your cooling and heating equipment. The spring tune-up focuses on your AC, and the fall tune-up focuses on your furnace or heat pump. Both visits are included in your agreement.
Will maintenance help lower my energy bills?
Yes. Studies show that well-maintained HVAC systems use significantly less energy than neglected systems. The U.S. Department of Energy reports that proper maintenance can improve efficiency by 5-25%, which translates directly to lower monthly bills for homeowners in Belmont, Gastonia, and across our service area.
How do I sign up for the Energy Service Agreement?
Call us at (980) 277-5122 or ask about the ESA during any service call. We can also add you to the plan at the end of any repair or installation visit. Enrollment is quick, and your benefits start immediately.
